Clements Community Center is a centrally located indoor venue with spacious, flexible rooms that make it an affordable and practical choice for wedding ceremonies and receptions of various styles. Its open layout and included amenities provide a blank canvas you can personalize to fit your wedding vision.

Lakewood Room:

The Lakewood Room is a spacious indoor venue well suited for wedding receptions or combined ceremony and reception events, with room for dining, dancing, and celebration. Included tables, chairs, and optional kitchen access offer flexibility for a personalized setup.

Standard Rate:

Monday - Friday: $125/hour

Saturday - Sunday: $150/hour

125 seated; 175 mingling

The Columbine Room offers a comfortable indoor wedding setting with a more intimate feel, along with included seating and a small kitchen area. Its open layout makes it a welcoming choice for celebrating with family and friends.

Saturday - Sunday: $115/hour

Venue Policies & Procedures

CLEMENTS COMMUNITY CENTER POLICIES & PROCEDURES

RENTAL HOURS & MINIMUMS 
The facility may be rented from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Events must end by 10 p.m. and the facility must be vacated by 11 p.m. after cleanup. Rental time includes setup and cleanup. The addition of the kitchen may be added to a Lakewood Room rental for a flat fee of $150 Mon. – Fri. and a flat fee of $200 Sat. – Sun.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT 
A $200 – $500 damage deposit is required to secure the reservation, depending on room selection and whether alcohol is served. Deposits are refundable if no damage is identified in the building.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 29 days or fewer prior to the event will forfeit a $100 cancellation fee.

ALCOHOL POLICY 
Alcohol is permitted with an approved permit and is limited to beer, wine, and champagne. The alcohol permit fee is $125 with a three-hour maximum. Alcohol sales are prohibited. Permit fees apply, and damage deposit amounts increase when alcohol is served. No one under the age of 21 may consume or serve alcohol. Serving alcohol must end one hour prior to the end of the rental and will be monitored by the rental group.

CATERING & VENDORS 
Renters may provide their own food or use a caterer of their choice. Use of table coverings is recommended when serving food to protect facility surfaces.

TABLES, CHAIRS & RENTALS 
Tables and chairs are included with the rental. Setup and take-down are the responsibility of the renter unless optional setup/take-down service is added for an additional $100. Full audio/visual is available for an additional $50 fee.

SETUP, ACCESS & VEHICLES 
Equipment loading and unloading must be done at curbside only. The facility is staffed during open hours, and no special entry procedures are required.

DECORATIONS & EQUIPMENT 
Confetti, glitter, rice, or similar loose materials are not permitted inside or outside the facility. Decorations must not damage walls or surfaces.

PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY 
123 parking spaces and 14 accessible parking spaces are available. Parking is not reserved for private events.

FACILITY USE 
Music must remain at reasonable noise levels and not disrupt other facility users. Any damages must be reported immediately to staff on duty.

CLEANUP & CONDITION OF FACILITY 
The facility must be returned to its original condition. Excessive cleanup or damage may result in deductions from the damage deposit.

DEPARTURE CHECKLIST 
All decorations must be removed. Chairs must be returned to their original locations unless setup service was added. Trash and unwanted food must be disposed of properly before departure.
