LINK RECREATION CENTER POLICIES & PROCEDURES
RENTAL HOURS & MINIMUMS
The facility may be rented daily from 1 p.m. - 10 p.m. Rental time includes setup and cleanup. After-hours rentals are available for an additional $20 hourly fee. The kitchen may be added to the rental for an additional flat fee of $75.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
A $100 - $500 damage deposit is required to secure the reservation and deposit amounts vary by room size and whether alcohol is served. Deposits are refundable if no damage is identified in the building.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received two or more weeks prior to the event will forfeit a $20 service charge. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the scheduled event are nonrefundable.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol is allowed pending the approval of a permit and is limited to beer, wine and champagne. Cash bars are not allowed. Serving of alcohol must end one hour prior to the end of the rental. Alcohol permit fees are $150 for three hours for groups of 50 or larger or $75 for three hours for groups smaller than 50.
CATERING & VENDORS
Outside catering and food are permitted. Storage space for food or equipment before or after the event is not guaranteed.
TABLES, CHAIRS & RENTALS
Tables and chairs are included with the rental. Setup and take-down are the responsibility of the renter.
SETUP, ACCESS & VEHICLES
Loading and unloading must be done at curbside only. The facility is staffed during open hours, and renters must check in with front desk staff upon arrival.
DECORATIONS & EQUIPMENT
Helium balloons are not permitted. Decorations may not be taped or tacked to walls. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the facility.
PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY
120 parking spaces and 6 accessible parking spaces are available. Parking is not reserved for private events.
FACILITY USE
Music must remain at reasonable noise levels. Cleaning supplies and trash bags are available upon request at the front desk. Any damages must be reported immediately to the front desk staff.
CLEANUP & CONDITION OF FACILITY
Cleanup must be completed within the rental timeframe and includes cleaning of all used spaces, restrooms, and outdoor areas. Excessive cleanup or damage may result in deductions from the damage deposit.
DEPARTURE CHECKLIST
Decorations must be removed, tables and chairs returned to original locations, food removed, trash disposed of in designated dumpsters, and all used areas cleaned and restored before departure.
